For the larger than average user

In it's basic usage, EZ-Wifibroadcast is pretty awesome. However, the sky is the limit (pun intended) when you get down into the scripts and the guts of the system itself. On this page we will show some implementations that are not available 'out of the box'.

When changing anything beyond the config files, please be aware that upgrading to a new version would require you to re-apply all your custom changes.

USB Webcam

Lots of users ask why the system does not use a regular webcam, the short answer is: it introduces to much latency for most scenarios. There are some use-cases however (FLIR cameras and the likes) where it would be nice to stream the USB webcam feed instead of the Raspberry Pi camera.
